For the flagship residential investment Pierwsza Dzielnica by TDJ Estate in the heart of Katowice, we developed an interactive touchscreen sales application that combines functionality with high-end design. It allows users to explore floor plans, apartment arrangements, technical data, pricing, and surroundings – all in one intuitive interface.

Interactive 3D map of Katowice

A key component of the application is a detailed 3D model of central Katowice, highlighting the investment’s prime location. It includes major landmarks such as the Culture Zone, Spodek arena, and KTW towers. Users can also view nearby amenities – schools, stores, sports venues – with easy filtering by category.

Detailed apartment and building visualizations

Based on architectural documentation, we created a realistic 3D model of the development. Users can explore floor-by-floor layouts, browse floor plans and interior arrangements, compare selected apartments, and apply advanced filters such as size, price, floor level, orientation, or number of rooms.

Sales system integration

The application is integrated with the investor’s CRM system, ensuring that apartment availability is always up to date.
